Normally our uterus and ovaries are in perfect sync,
As the egg starts growing in the ovary, the lining inside the uterus also grows accordingly. (It is building the nest anticipating the baby’s arrival.)
OUR HORMONES RUN THE SHOW..
They are the MAIN PLAYERS..
So If you need to win this game, your hormones have to be in perfect balance..
The main players🤾♀️ here are ESTROGEN and PROGESTERONE ..
Estrogen is the tonic for our egg to grow..
Uterus needs its boost, that is – “Progesterone” to build a cozy home and feed the baby…
Once the egg🥚 is released-
Our motherly uterus makes all arrangements to home and feed a baby👶… That’s how amazing and motherly our uterus is. It builds a warm and soft and cozy home 🏠 with kitchen ready for the baby.
If the egg doesn’t meet its mate (sperm) – Our body knows – the baby hasn’t formed & sends a signal for all the hormones (players) to shut down.. So the hormones sustaining this cozy Home 🏠 drop down.
GAME OVER..
So eventually Uterus sheds off its cozy home ( the lining of the uterus) out as periods, 🩸only to build a brand-new home for the next egg cycle.
That’s what we see on the outside..
But
There are so many things going inside which no one sees except her
